About
Corellian Run Radio joined the Wildstar™ podcasting community in January 2013. Hosts Carla, Drew, and Seamus keep things lively with their divergent points of views and wry humor.
Hosts:
Carla was a guild leader in World of Warcraft for nearly five years before passing the helm and starting a new adventure with The Old Timers Guild. She started her online gaming career with Diablo and quickly moved to Ultima Online when it came out. Through the years, she has been lucky enough to get in beta testing for many other games, such as EverQuest, Asheron’s Call, Anarchy Online, Lineage, Star Wars Galaxies, EverQuest2, Lord of the Rings Online, Warhammer Online, and many more. Her most recent games of choice are Star Wars: The Old Republic and Guild Wars 2. Carla and her husband live near Houston, Texas.
Drew aka Geldarion
Drew is fascinated by PvP, a Diet Dr. Pepper junkie, and a grad student in computational chemistry. He enjoys spending time with his wife, studying exact quantum dynamics, and playing guitar. Nothing piques Drew’s interest more than a good puzzle, and he sees gaming and science both as things to learn everything about and to perfect. Due to his Texas homegrown upbringing, he is an odd hybrid. He tries to simultaneously stomp enemy players’ faces into the ground while maintaining a sense of honor, respect, and chivalry. Drew runs his own blog at TheFanaticalSwordsman.com can be tweeted endlessly @Geldarion.
Seamus
As a PvE and economy Junkie, Seamus likes to spend his time ruthlessly tuning and min-maxing his currently World of Warcraft character while also fiddling with his many spreadsheets for beloved space simulator EVE Online. Seamus’s gaming past is long and arduous, filled with many terrible games but largely dominated by World of Warcraft of which he is a long time addict. Though in his personal life as a recent law student Seamus finds the most pleasure solving a good crossword puzzle or spending hours browsing Reddit all the while looking for a job – that being said he still finds time to hang out with his lovely fiance who is carrying his cute and adorable child. You can find Seamus freezing his butt off in the rural corners of Scotland, and follow him on Twitter @EmperorSeamus.
Staff Writers:
Torvox is a imaginative guy who still likes to play as if he were a child. He loves his video games but is very picky about them and won’t play unless they reach his standards. He wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD until after college while working with a doctor who treats it. He has a wonderful, passionate wife who is the love of his life and keeps him in line while still indulging his child-like nature. He loves talking about theology, philosophy and games especially when they are combined. His focus in life is to try to do the best he can in the moment and he always looks for the silver lining. Life is too short to be caught up in sad stuff.
Jvoodoochild
Jvoodoochild hails from Atlanta, GA and is a lifetime gaming geek who was fortunate to get the Dungeons and Dragons Blue Box Set as a child. Some of his earliest computer games include titles like Ancient Art of War and Silent Service. Aside from some browser based MMO’s (which won’t be admitted to) his game MMO history spans from WoW, to Rift, to SW:ToR, to a brief stop in GW2, back to SW:ToR, to Wildstar. His main enjoyment of games is deeply analyzing its principles and strategically planning a goal and seeing that goal come to fruition. As of yet, Jvoodoochild has avoided delving into social media.
Robert aka Prowen
Prowen recently moved from England to California to be with his wife. They met on an online chat room talking about The Legend of Zelda franchise and moving their chats onto Skype before traveling back and forth to one another until he decided to move to America and be with her. World of Warcraft has been the game of choice since the first week of its launch, with many F2P and Sub MMORPG’s being played along the way. With him moving to America and changing servers over from his EU games, Wildstar will be the first MMORPG that he’ll be playing on American servers for the first time. His love of lore for WoW is what brought him to want to write The Eldan Datacube for Wildstar.
Mitch
Mitch has been roleplaying online since the early 00’s and playing MMOs shortly after. Needless to say, it is easy for him to get lost to the internet for days at a time. However, when his eyeballs are not glued to a computer screen Mitch enjoys writing novels, watching monster movies, playing board games and crocheting. He also has a full time job, two cats and a boyfriend of seven years. Mitch has played WoW, City of Heroes, Guild Wars 2 and League of Legends. He current resides somewhere in the urban wilds of the Dallas-Forth Worth Metroplex. If you so choose, you may stalk him via his tumblr at coolkidmitch.tumblr.com.

Skipper
Skipper has been playing video games since getting Pokemon Blue for Christmas back in 1998. He has always been competitive, playing against his other brother and then against random people online. For online gaming, Skipper started playing Runescape and Tactics Arena back in 2005 and eventually found WoW in 2008. After discovering Wildstar and finding everything else about it that he could, he has been dedicated to bringing as much information about this amazing game to the community that he can. In addition to streaming quality Wildstar content for us, he streams games like Smite, Hearthstone, and League of Legends on his personal Twitch channel twitch.tv/skipper1326.
Julian aka JLol
Julian has been an avid gamer since the days of Sega Genesis and SNES. When he isn’t spending time on Planet Nexus, he is pursuing a degree in International Business Administration as a full time student. He has played just about every major MMORPG that has hit the market since 2003, the first being Star Wars: Galaxies. He enjoys competitive play in online first-person shooters, and is usually more interested in the cooperative content of MMO’s. He has always wished for a quality online action based RPG, and when he saw Wildstar he knew his wish had been granted. He feels lucky to be testing the game, and wants to give back to the amazing Wildstar community by delivering the best interactive and informative streams he can.
Administrative Staff:
Craig aka Sadistical – Graphics
Since Craig was born he has been creating amazing worlds and living magnificent adventures in his head. The next logical step for him was to find a way to share his worlds and adventures, so he took to drawing and other creative outlets to let others inside. Craig began his video gaming experience with the original Atari 2600. (That’s right, ATARI 2600!) From there he made the transition to PC games, starting with the original Doom. Craig has been seen in many MMO games, running under many different names, like; Verdigris, RedJakk, Nalitis, Hazlock, Sadistical, Absinthe, Illtrin, and Illianna, and in games, like: Quake 3 Arena, Diablo I & II, SWG, WoW, Warhammer Online, Rift, SWTOR, GW2, and most recently FireFall. He has recently joined the ranks of the Old Timers Guild. When not living in his own world (or working), Craig spends his free time with his wife, two kids, and dog. He also still plays pen & paper RPG’s, draws using mixed mediums, and is about to try his hand at knife-making. Craig is currently anxiously awaiting his Wildstar Beta key… (HINT, HINT!!!)
Retired
Joe (Now runs CasualCoreRadio.com)
Joe sits on the precarious edge between casual gaming and hard-core obsession. The reason for not tipping over – a great family, fun IT career, and a side gig as a paid technology writer. Once upon a time Joe did some tech-company commercials, before settling down and taking his IT career seriously. Joe began online gaming with Multiplayer BattleTech: Solaris, moving on to a stint in Ultima Online, then took a break until WoW came out. After a few years of running a raiding guild, Joe moved on to Star Wars: The Old Republic, The Secret World, and an occasional, nostalgia-driven dalliance with MechWarrior Online: Mercenaries. With a deep interest in the Crusades and middle-ages history, Joe refuses to play a Templar in TSW, but does enjoy antagonizing them. For outdoor hobbies, Joe used to sail in days long gone, but still rides horses when time permits (which is far too infrequent in his opinion). You can find Joe at his TSW blog, zombiepantstsw.com or via his @joseph_foran Twitter handle.
Maer
With many diversified interests, Maer lists gaming as one of her favorites. Since The Legend of Zelda, she has loved gaming and went from that to the Baldur’s Gate series. She played World of Warcraft for five years before moving to SWTOR when it launched. She’s very happy with the switch. Maer makes her home in Southern Nevada. Her first novel, Relics, an Urban Fantasy, released by Crescent Moon Press on May 1, 2013. She’s finished the second book in the series, THE THULUKAN CHRONICLES, and is working on the third. Maer has also written several short stories and maintains a blog. She is one of the producers and co-hosts of the literary podcast, MythBehaving. She is adjunct faculty at a local college and is the proud pet parent of a long-coat chihuahua and a miniature poodle. You can find excerpts of Maer’s fiction at Maer Wilson. Feel free to follow her on Twitter and Facebook. You can find those links on her website.
