Carbine has always been doing their best to keep our attention by feeding us tiny morsels of information for Wildstar. Before the dust of discussion from their previous news even settled, they do it again, releasing two teaser pictures for an upcoming announcement on the 19th of this month.
It’s clear from looking at them that the two have some major relation to each other. The last time we got an image like this, the scientist and the settler paths were revealed with an excellent animation and an equally great dev speak to go into more detail, otherwise known as the “Class Dismissed” announcement.
But what can we gather based on what Carbine gave us? While there is a lot we can assume, there’s still things we now know because of these images. For one thing, we now know that the beaker of eyes and other fleshy bits are related to in some way to what looks like the bunk room of the “Meet the Exiles” video. Is this a new Exile race? If this is a new Exile race, then that must mean that the other is the Dominion’s race, right? Seems like it.
In an interview with Youtube user KaeyiDream, Jeremy Gaffney stated that Carbine will be announcing something related to the races at San Diego Comic Con, which as you can guess, is on the 19th at 11:30 am to 12:30 pm PT.
So with all that said and done, what kinds of races can we expect to see come out of these tasty teasers? One can only speculate. With the announcement just a few days away, our insatiable need for more Wildstar information will be brought to us soon enough.
